E WARU NGA KURA E HAERE KI TE HOUNA MEANS EIGHT SCHOOLS CAME TO THE HALL IN MOTUEKA FOR THE FABULUS KAPAHAKA FUN DAY. I WAS SO HAPPY BY THE BEAUTIFUL PEFORMANCE FROM ALL EIGHT SCHOOLS. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A BIG HAPPY THANKS TO RICK FOR FILMING, TO WHAEA TANIA FOR BEING SO HELPFUL, AND WHAEA SUE FOR ORGANIZING THE PROGRAMME.

The kapahaka fun was an awesome day. I met lots of people and watched lots of good performances and liked them all. I`d have to say that all the schools had ihi, wehi and the mana for kapahaka. I think all the schools that came had lots of fun and found out lots of new Maori words. Thank you to Whaea Tania and Whaea Sue for making this happen and for the camera crew. Kia ora and ka kite.
